Allison Hartman is an author and consultant, whose work is driven by deep compassion for others. She focuses on creating positive media while encouraging self-reflection through thought-provoking questions, conversations, and holding space for others to lead aligned, balanced, and joyful lives.

After more than 20 years in the financial industry, Allison shifted her focus to serving others through her passions while embracing her authentic self. Her lifelong experiences with extraterrestrials, interdimensional beings, and the spirit world have profoundly shaped her journey, inspiring both her creative work and unique perspective. She knows there's more to life than meets the eye and is dedicated to expanding awareness—both of the mysteries beyond our world and the limitless potential within.

In addition to writing children's books and consulting, Allison holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, is certified to teach PreK–8th grade, and is a certified Life Coach. She also dabbles in painting murals and independently operates ARKUFO, a service she founded to investigate Arkansas-based UFO/UAP and ET sightings and encounters. Her latest project is Grounded Galactic, a podcast she launched with her identical twin sister in 2025.

Emily Lane, PhD

The Grounded Twin

Emily Lane, PhD, MFA, is a lifelong Arkansan whose passion, simply, is to help make the world a better place. She exercises these passions through empathy, curiosity, creativity, advocacy, and research. In 2010, Emily received an MFA in filmmaking and spent several years documenting environmental and health injustices in Arkansas. Her films have been screened at festivals and events both locally and internationally, raising awareness about critical social and environmental issues.

In 2024, Emily received a PhD in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies. In her doctoral research, she focused on identifying disproportionately impacted communities in Arkansas as well as public health leadership in the state, with an eye towards environmental justice and systems change. Emily has published academic research in public health and geography journals. In 2025, she began pursuing an MS in Health Promotion to deepen her understanding of public health practices and their applications in Arkansas.

Currently, Emily serves a local university as a project director for program evaluations and adjunct instructor of environmental health. In her free time, she enjoys working with her twin, Allison, on the Grounded Galactic podcast--a platform for reflection, realization, and revolution! Emily considers herself to be the "grounded" twin and aims to bridge metaphysical conversations with local and global topics to help uplift humanity.

When she’s not researching or advocating for change, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching documentaries, hiking, playing cards, and diving into deep conversations.
